Refunds and Returns Policy

At Abrionix, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Review the policy below before completing your order.

1. Media Storage Devices

All media storage devices (e.g., USB drives, SD cards, external hard drives) are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted due to data security and integrity considerations.

2. Electronics

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • Returned electronics must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Once approved, you have 30 days from delivery to return the product.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
  • Opened or used electronics are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Defective electronics will be replaced in kind after inspection and confirmation.

3. Downloadable Software Products

All downloadable or digital software sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once access or download links have been delivered.

4. Training Courses

All training courses are provided online and self-paced. Once course access has been issued, enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Because all course materials are delivered digitally and immediately accessible, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available under any circumstances.

5. Safety Manuals and Documentation

All safety manuals, policies, or other documentation provided in digital or printed format are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This applies whether the documentation is custom-created or pre-written.

6. Printed Projects

Refunds or reprints for custom printed projects (e.g., business cards, forms, signage) are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients receive a proof for approval prior to printing.

  • If the error is ours, we will reprint or refund the order at no cost.
  • If the client approved a proof containing an error, or provided incorrect materials or designs, no refund or reprint will be issued.

7. Website Development Projects

All website development projects are reviewed thoroughly with the client prior to launch. Clients are provided opportunities to review, test, and approve all deliverables before final deployment. Once a project is approved and launched, or when administrative credentials and access details are handed over to the client, the project is considered complete and final. No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances following launch or handover.

8. Returns and Shipping

  • All return shipments require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us before returning any item.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except when returning a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.

9. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
